Jennifer S. Jones
Executive Director
Jennifer S. Jones has over a decade of experience working with law firms to grow and thrive. In her role as Executive Director she has facilitated the Law Firm General Counsel Roundtable and the Annual Law Firm General Counsel Workshop, presented in association with the Center on Ethics and the Legal Profession at Georgetown Law.
Jennifer came to the legal industry after first working in the theater. Jennifer earned her Master of Fine Arts in playwriting from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts. She went on to manage an off-Broadway theater in New York City where she grew an Events Department revenue from $200K annually to $2.5m over the course of three years. Jennifer’s skill in business development led her to her position at LMR.
In the legal field, Jennifer wrote an educational film on law firm risk management for the Hildebrandt Institute, which was later acquired by Thomson Reuters. Jennifer served as the Director of New Client Solutions for Decipher Investigative Intelligence, helping law firms to grow while managing the risk of talent acquisition. In this capacity, she partnered with Caron Treatment Center to design Addiction in the Law Office: Impact, Recognition, and Response, a one-day accreditation program for lawyers.
